Life in Kenilworth House
Living in Kenilworth House means you’re at the centre of village life. The dining room becomes a natural gathering place for meals. Some residents prefer to dine in their rooms, others enjoy the social atmosphere of shared meals. The library, billiards room, and lounge areas are all yours to use. This house is your home.
The 109-year-old house has a warmth and character that modern buildings simply can’t replicate. High ceilings, fireplaces, verandahs, and views across the gardens create an atmosphere that many residents describe as feeling like home.
What residents say
Many residents who move from villas into serviced apartments say they wish they’d done it sooner. The relief of not managing meals and household tasks, combined with the social atmosphere of Kenilworth House, makes daily life easier and often more enjoyable.
Residents describe the care team in the house as extended family – people who know them, understand their preferences, and genuinely care about their well-being.
